It is easy to hear a story like this as a policy change; it lands very differently when you are one of the people it is about.

The same news, this time on the Today couch. A few minutes is not long to explain what a drug listing means to the people waiting on it, but this is the part I wanted to get across: the relief is real, and so is everything that comes after it. Access to treatment is the beginning of the story, not the end of it.
