Speaking and Workshops
Honest words for real rooms.
Where and how Readily available around Melbourne and Geelong, happy to travel further, and online for distributed teams.
Sometimes a room full of people needs to hear that hard things are allowed to be hard, and that they still get to move. I speak to workplaces, community groups, and events about turning points, recovery, and finding your footing when the plan changes.
I draw on my leadership and culture background to deliver a true story, told plainly. No slides full of jargon, and no motivational theatre. Just human, practical things people can carry out of the room and actually use. Workshops take the same ideas deeper, with time to practise them together.
This works well for:
- Teams navigating change: restructures, returns to work, new seasons.
- Community groups and events that want honesty rather than hype.
- Conferences that need a breath of fresh air, and a reminder that we can do hard things.
How it works:
- We have a short chat about your audience and what you’re hoping they walk away with.
- I shape the session to fit. A twenty-minute talk or a half-day workshop.
- Your people leave with a usable next step.
The first step is a small one
A short, free chat. No forms, no scripts, no obligation. We talk about where you’re at, and whether working together would actually be supportive. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll say so kindly, and where I can, point you somewhere that is.
